 Projects

Current Projects:

IACCI performed a project in cooperation with Louis Berger, Inc Organization. This project is a study of the Iraqi laws provided by the United States Agency for International Development (U.S AID). It was performed by a specialized and qualified legal staff and in participation with other technical staff. This project proved to be a success by preparing a complete research to all valid Iraqi laws and the most important changes required to prepare a legislative environment to fit the texts of the World Trade Organization (WTO). The project helps to speed up the preparing of Iraq to join the WTO as a member.

Future Projects:

IACCI desires to establish a specialized center for international commercial arbitration.  This is one of IACCI's future projects according to the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration issued by the Commercial Committee of the United Nations and approved by most of the countries around the world. This project helped by cooperating with many sides to work on the same line e.g. Dubai Center for International Arbitration and Cairo Center for International Arbitration. The Organization is keen to discuss and dialogue with the Iraqi Ministries which have relation with this topic e.g. Ministries of Justice and Trade to reach a joint formula which fit the valid law texts. Finally, the IACCI is heading forward with its stance that “Impossible is Nothing.” We wish to achieve the outstanding aim of uplifting the Iraqi economy to create a future for Iraq that fits with its fame and true position among other countries of the world.
