Loan Program

IACCI, in cooperation with the Iraq Middle Market Development Foundation (IMMDF), provides members with a unique opportunity to partnership in the development and rehabilitation of the Iraqi economy through the development of the private sector. Under reasonable conditions, IACCI provides debt capital on commercial terms to medium-sized private Iraqi enterprises.  The load amount is between $500,000 – $5,000,000 (USD) for 5 years.

The main purpose of the loan is to provide companies with financial support so they can purchase machinery, equipment and other fixed assets as well as be able to establish or increase their working capital.

The general requirements for a company to receive a loan are that they must be registered in Iraq, describe loan use intent and provide proof of capital use to expand or add other production lines (provided that the expertise and administrative competence are well in place) and possess a clearly defined plan for increasing work opportunities.
